Ibrahim Afsal's(Sal) double helps Vaanuvaa defeat Alpha Wowo 3-1 in Maalhos League match today.
Sal tapped in the opener in the first minute of the game from a cross. Captain Ahmed Amjadhu(Amju) doubled Vaanuvaa's lead heading in a corner. Sal extended Vaanuvaa's lead 27 minutes into the game.
Haisham scored the only goal of game for Alpha Wowo in the second half. With the win Vaanuvaa books their place in the final match.
With the win, Vaanuvaa leads the table on 8 points. Alpha and Dhandi Sports play tomorrow to determine the second team to qualify to the finals.
