Ibrahim Imran(Immi) is set to miss the AFC Under-23 Championship Qualifiers scheduled for late October 2021.
Former Maldives Under-19 star, who plays his football for TC Sports Club is recovering from a knee injury. Boalha MV understands that the youngster will be fit for action when the Maldives local football season starts in December.
Immi scored the only goal of the game when Maldives beat Bhutan 1-0 to secure bronze medal in 2019, first ever SAFF youth medal for Maldives. After starring for Maldives under-19, TC Sports signed the youngster from Club Eagles. Former Early Touch Football Academy (ETFA) and New Radiant Academy graduate is one of the few academy gradates who made it to Dhivehi Premier League.
